Marching Band competition: sport or not?
What is your opinion? is competitive marching band a sport? in the marching band competitive, the band performed a show, and a certain amount of score points. also have to be physically fit to go. are constantly moving. some instruments are more than 40 pounds, and recent performances can up to 10-15 minutes, sometimes longer. They are judged on their form and their ability to stay together as a whole, which is similar to competitive skating, some track and field events and gymnastics. I'm not trying to change his mind, but I would know what you think.
